1 Der Geschäftsbericht enthält die Jahresrechnung, die Bestätigung zur Revision der Jahresrechnung und den Lagebericht.
2 Die Jahresrechnung setzt sich zusammen aus der Bilanz, der Erfolgsrechnung und dem Anhang.
3 Die Jahresrechnung ist durch die Revisionsstelle prüfen zu lassen.
