1 Wer mit Heilmitteln umgeht, muss dabei alle Massnahmen treffen, die nach dem Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik erforderlich sind, damit die Gesundheit von Mensch und Tier nicht gefährdet wird.
2 Bei Komplementärarzneimitteln ohne Indikationsangabe ist der Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik, unter Einbezug der Prinzipien der entsprechenden Therapierichtung, zu beachten.8

1 Any person handling therapeutic products must take all measures necessary according to the state of the art to ensure that human or animal health is not endangered.
