Das Auskunftsrecht richtet sich nach den Datenschutzbestimmungen des Bundes oder der Kantone.83 Der Inhaber der Datensammlung erteilt auch Auskunft über die verfügbaren Angaben zur Herkunft der Daten.

The right to information is governed by the federal or cantonal data protection provisions.83 The proprietor of the data collection shall also provide information on the details available on the origin of the data.
