Für jede Lieferung von Betäubungsmitteln ist ein Lieferschein zu erstellen und dem Empfänger mit der Ware zu übergeben. Die Lieferung ist der Swissmedic mit separater Meldung mitzuteilen. Ausgenommen ist die Abgabe durch die dazu befugten Medizinalpersonen70 zur Behandlung von Personen und Tieren sowie an die nicht selbst dispensierenden Ärzte im eigenen Kantonsgebiet.

For each supply of narcotics, a delivery note must be issued and handed to the recipient with the product. The supply must be reported to Swissmedic separately. Exempted from the foregoing is dispensing by authorised medical professionals70 for the treatment of persons and animals and to physicians in the same cantonal territory who do not dispense directly.
