810.301 Ordinance of 20 September 2013 on Human Research with the Exception of Clinical Trials (Human Research Ordinance, HRO)
Art. 12 Ausnahmen von der Haftpflicht
Von der Haftpflicht gemäss Artikel 19 Absatz 1 HFG wird befreit, wer beweist, dass der Schaden:
- a.
- nur geringfügig und vorübergehend ist; und
- b.
- nicht über ein nach dem Stand der Wissenschaft zu erwartendes Mass hinausgeht.
Art. 12 Exemptions from liability
Any person who proves that:
- a.
- the damage is only slight and temporary; and
- b.
- the extent of the damage is no greater than would be expected in the current state of scientific knowledge
shall be exempt from liability under Article 19 paragraph 1 HRA.
