Safeguards Ordinance of 4 June 2021 (SaO)
1 Wer Tätigkeiten nach Anhang 1 ausübt, hat dies jährlich dem BFE zu melden. Die Meldungen sind spätestens am 31. März des Folgejahres einzureichen.
2 Die Meldungen müssen Angaben zu Ort, Art und Umfang der Tätigkeiten enthalten.
1 Any person who carries out activities in accordance with Annex 1 shall notify the SFOE about such activities on an annual basis. Notifications shall be submitted by 31 March of the following year at the latest.
2 Notifications must include details of the location, nature and scope of the activities concerned.
