721.101 Federal Act of 1 October 2010 on Water Retaining Facilities (Water Retaining Facilities Act, WRFA)
Art. 25 Mitwirkungspflicht
Der Aufsichtsbehörde sind, soweit es für die Ausübung ihrer Aufsichtstätigkeit erforderlich ist:
- a.
- sämtliche Auskünfte zu erteilen sowie sämtliche Dokumente und Unterlagen herauszugeben;
- b.
- das nötige Personal und Material kostenlos zur Verfügung zu stellen;
- c.
- jederzeit freier Zutritt zu gewähren.
Art. 25 Co-operation requirement
In order to ensure that the supervisory authority is able to perform its duties, operators of water retaining facilities shall:
- a.
- provide all requested information and all documentation;
- b.
- place the necessary personnel and material at its disposal free of charge;
- c.
- grant the supervisory authority free access at all times.
