Art. 275 Angriffe auf die verfassungsmässige Ordnung
Wer eine Handlung vornimmt, die darauf gerichtet ist, die verfassungsmässige Ordnung der Eidgenossenschaft320 oder der Kantone321 rechtswidrig zu stören oder zu ändern, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.

Any person who carries out an act which is intended to disrupt or alter the constitutional order of the Confederation320 or the cantons321 in an unlawful manner shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding five years or to a monetary penalty.
