gestützt auf die Artikel 27 Absatz 1, 961, 97 Absatz 2 und 1222
der Bundesverfassung3,4
in Ausführung der wettbewerbsrechtlichen Bestimmungen internationaler
Abkommen,
nach Einsicht in die Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 23. November 19945,
beschliesst:

Federal Constitution3,4
in implementation of the competition law provisions contained in international agreements,
and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch of 23 November 19945,
decrees:
