1 Die Wettbewerbskommission erlässt ein Geschäftsreglement; darin regelt sie insbesondere die Einzelheiten der Organisation, namentlich die Zuständigkeiten des Präsidiums, der einzelnen Kammern und der Gesamtkommission.
2 Das Geschäftsreglement bedarf der Genehmigung durch den Bundesrat.
1 The Competition Commission issues internal rules of procedure, primarily setting out the details of its organisation, and in particular the responsibilities of its presiding body, each chamber and the Competition Commission as a whole.
2 The internal rules of procedure are subject to approval by the Federal Council.
