Art. 14

1 Die Gebühren werden nach der Gebührenordnung vom 28. April 19975 des Eidgenössischen Instituts für Geistiges Eigentum geregelt.

2 Das IGE prüft die Gesuche und Einsprachen erst nach Bezahlung der entsprechenden Gebühr.

Art. 14

1 The fees shall be regulated in accordance with the Fee Regulations Ordinance of 28 April 19975 of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property.

2 The IPI shall only examine the applications and objections after the corresponding fee has been paid.
