gestützt auf die Artikel 35c, 38 Absatz 2, 39 Absatz 3, 50 Absätze 1 und 2, 50d Absatz 2 und 50e Absatz 7 des Markenschutzgesetzes vom 28. August 19922 (MSchG),
und auf Artikel 13 des Bundesgesetzes vom 24. März 19953 über Statut und Aufgaben des Eidgenössischen Instituts für Geistiges Eigentum,4
verordnet:

and on Article 13 of the Federal Act of 24 March 19953 on the Status and Tasks of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property,4
ordains:
