Art. 58

Es werden aufgehoben:

a.
die Verordnung vom 24. April 1929127 über den Schutz der Fabrik- und Handelsmarken (MSchV);
b.
der Bundesratsbeschluss vom 4. November 1966128 betreffend die Ausführung des Madrider Abkommens über die internationale Registrierung von Fabrik- und Handelsmarken.

Art. 58

The following are repealed:

a.
the Ordinance of 24 April 1929127 on the Protection of Factory and Trade Marks (TmPO);
b.
The Federal Council Decree of 4 November 1966128 concerning the Implementation of the Madrid Agreement on the International Registration of Factory and Trade Marks.
