232.111 Ordinance of 23 December 1992 on the Protection of Trade Marks and Indications of Source (TmPO)
Art. 52n Berechnung der im Ausland anfallenden Herstellungskosten
Die im Ausland anfallenden Herstellungskosten können wie folgt in Schweizerfranken umgerechnet werden:
- a.
- mit dem tatsächlich verwendeten Wechselkurs; oder
- b.
- mit dem vom Unternehmen im Alltagsgeschäft verwendeten Durchschnittskurs.
Art. 52n Calculation of manufacturing costs incurred abroad
Manufacturing costs incurred abroad may be converted into Swiss francs as follows:
- a.
- at the current exchange rate; or
- b.
- at the average rate used by the company in its daily business.
