232.111 Ordinance of 23 December 1992 on the Protection of Trade Marks and Indications of Source (TmPO)
Art. 52b Begriffe
In dieser Verordnung bedeuten:
- a.
- Produkte nach Artikel 48c MSchG: Produkte, die weder in die Kategorie der Naturprodukte noch in die Kategorie der Lebensmittel fallen, insbesondere industrielle Produkte;
- b.
- Naturprodukte: Produkte nach Artikel 48a MSchG, die direkt aus der Natur stammen und für das Inverkehrbringen nicht verarbeitet werden;
- c.
- Materialien: Rohstoffe gemäss Artikel 48c MSchG; sie umfassen neben den eigentlichen Rohmaterialien auch Hilfsstoffe und Halbfabrikate.
Art. 52b Definitions
In this Ordinance:
- a.
- Products under Article 48c TmPA means products which do not fall under the category of natural products or foodstuffs, in particular industrial products;
- b.
- Natural products means products under Article 48a TmPA which come directly from nature and are not processed for placing on the market;
- c.
- Materials means raw materials in accordance with Article 48c TmPA; they include the actual raw materials as well as auxiliary materials and semi-finished products.
