1 Im Falle eines Widerspruchs gegen eine internationale Registrierung beginnt die Widerspruchsfrist nach Artikel 31 Absatz 2 MSchG am ersten Tag des Monats zu laufen, der dem Monat der Veröffentlichung in dem vom Internationalen Büro der WIPO herausgegebenen Publikationsorgan folgt.106

1 In the case of an opposition to an international registration, the opposition period under Article 31 paragraph 2 TmPA shall begin on the first day of the month following the month of publication in the organ of publication of the International Bureau of WIPO.106
