1 Institute des öffentlichen Rechts müssen sich ins Handelsregister eintragen lassen, wenn sie überwiegend eine privatwirtschaftliche Erwerbstätigkeit ausüben oder wenn das Recht des Bundes, des Kantons oder der Gemeinde eine Eintragung vorsieht. Sie lassen sich am Ort eintragen, an dem sie ihren Sitz haben.
2 Institute des öffentlichen Rechts, die nicht zur Eintragung verpflichtet sind, haben das Recht, sich eintragen zu lassen.
1 If a sole proprietorship no longer has a domicile, then if there is no response to a request published in the Swiss Official Commercial Gazette, it shall be deleted from the commercial register.759
2 If a branch office with a principal place of business in Switzerland no longer has a domicile, the branch office shall be deleted by the commercial register office if there is no response to a request made to the principal place of business.
