1 Die Einhaltung der Genauigkeits- und Zuverlässigkeitsanforderungen nach neuer Ordnung muss aufgrund der vorhandenen Unterlagen des anerkannten Vermessungswerks nachgewiesen werden können. Andernfalls sind ergänzende Messungen und Berechnungen durchzuführen.
2 Fehlende Attribute sind zu ergänzen.
3 Die Dichte der bestehenden Fixpunkte ist den Anforderungen nach Artikel 49 anzupassen. Fehlende oder beschädigte Fixpunktzeichen sind wiederherzustellen, soweit sie übernommen werden. Sekundäre Fixpunktzeichen sind anzubringen, soweit sie notwendig sind.
4 Bei der etappenweisen Erneuerung der Informationsebenen sind diejenigen Fixpunkte zu erneuern, die für die Erneuerung der Daten der Etappe und deren Nachführung notwendig sind.

2 Missing attributes must be completed.
3 The density of existing control points must conform to the requirements of Article 49. Missing or damaged control point monuments must be re-established if they are being adopted for the new survey. Secondary control points must be monumented as necessary.
4 Where the different information layers are being renovated in stages, those control points which are necessary for the renovation of the data for the current stage and for its updating must be renewed.
