1 Als beglaubigt gelten Auszüge aus den Geobasisdaten der amtlichen Vermessung in analoger oder digitaler Form, deren Übereinstimmung mit den massgeblichen Daten der amtlichen Vermessung durch einen im Register eingetragenen Ingenieur-Geometer oder eine im Register eingetragene Ingenieur-Geometerin amtlich bestätigt wird.
2 Beglaubigte Auszüge sind öffentliche Urkunden im Sinne von Artikel 9 ZGB.
3 Das VBS regelt die Ausstellung von beglaubigten Auszügen in elektronischer Form.
1 Extracts from the official data of cadastral surveying in analogue (hard copy) or digital form whose conformance to the definitive data of official cadastral surveying has been authenticated by a registered surveyor are described as certified extracts.
2 Certified extracts are official public documents as defined in Article 9 of the Swiss Civil Code.
3 The DDPS manages the issue of certified extracts in electronic form.
