Präambel

Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf die Artikel 269c Absatz 3 und 316 Absatz 2 des Zivilgesetzbuchs1 (ZGB)
und die Artikel 15 Absatz 3 und 26 des Bundesgesetzes vom 22. Juni 20012
zum Haager Adoptionsübereinkommen und über Massnahmen zum Schutz
des Kindes bei internationalen Adoptionen (BG-HAÜ),

verordnet:

The Swiss Federal Council,

on the basis of Articles 269c paragraph 3 and 316 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code 1
and Articles 15 paragraph 3 and 26 of the Federal Act of 22 June 20012
on the Hague Convention on Adoption and on Measures to Protect Children in International Adoption Cases (HCAA),

ordains:
