1 Folgende Behörden können Daten im EES nach Massgabe der Verordnung (EU) 2017/2226345 online eingeben und bearbeiten:

3 Die Behörden nach Absatz 2 können die Daten, die das automatisierte Berechnungssystem nach Artikel 11 der Verordnung (EU) 2017/2226 liefert, online abfragen.
4 Folgende Behörden können zur Verhütung, Aufdeckung oder Ermittlung terroristischer oder sonstiger schwerer Straftaten bei der zentralen Zugangsstelle nach Absatz 5 Daten des EES beantragen:
5 Zentrale Zugangsstelle nach Artikel 29 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EU) 2017/2226 ist die Einsatzzentrale des fedpol.
