Art. 70d Confidentiality and data processing

1 The FTA shall process data required to carry out its activities in accordance with this Act. The provisions of the VATA74 on data processing apply.

2 The duty of confidentiality and its exceptions under Article 74 VATA also apply to collecting and enforcing payment of the fee.
