172.021 Federal Act of 20 December 1968 on Administrative Procedure (Administrative Procedure Act, APA)
Art. 39
L’autoritad po exequir sias disposiziuns, sche:
- a.
- la disposiziun na po betg pli vegnir contestada cun meds legals;
- b.
- la disposiziun po bain vegnir contestada, il med legal n’ha dentant betg in effect suspensiv;
- c.
- l’effect suspensiv che pervegn d’in med legal vegn retratg.
Art. 39
The authority may enforce its rulings provided:
- a.
- the ruling may no longer be contested through legal remedies;
- b.
- the ruling may still be contested, but the permitted legal remedy does not have a suspensive effect;
- c.
- the suspensive effect of the legal remedy has been revoked.
