Art. 57l Registraziun da datas da persunas

Ils organs federals dastgan registrar per ils suandants intents las datas da persunas che resultan tras l’utilisaziun da l’infrastructura electronica:

a.
tut las datas, inclusiv il cuntegn da la posta electronica: per segirar quellas (copias da segirezza);
b.
las datas davart l’utilisaziun da l’infrastructura electronica:
1.
per garantir la segirezza da las infurmaziuns e dals servetschs,
2.
per segirar il mantegniment tecnic da l’infrastructura electronica,
3.
per controllar ch’ils reglaments d’utilisaziun vegnian observads,
4.
per repersequitar l’access a collecziuns da datas,
5.
per registrar ils custs che resultan tras l’utilisaziun da l’infrastructura electronica;
c.
las datas davart las uras da lavur dal persunal: per administrar las uras da lavur;
d.
las datas davart l’entrar u il bandunar edifizis e locals dals organs federals e davart la preschientscha en tals: per garantir la segirezza.

Art. 57l Recording personal data

The federal bodies may record personal data associated with the use of electronic infrastructure for the following purposes:

a.
all data, including of the content of electronic correspondence: for back-up purposes;
b.
data linked to the use of electronic infrastructure:
1.
to ensure the security of information and services,
2.
to ensure that electronic infrastructure is maintained on a technical level,
3.
to verify compliance with licensing regulations,
4.
to trace access to data collections,
5.
to record any costs arising from the use of electronic infrastructure;
c.
data on staff working hours: to manage working hours;
d.
data on persons entering, leaving and remaining on federal premises: for security purposes.
