Art. 38 Activitad da gudogn

1 Persunas cun ina permissiun da dimora curta ch’èn admessas per in’activitad da gudogn independenta u dependenta pon pratitgar l’activitad permessa en l’entira Svizra. Ina midada da plazza po vegnir permessa, sch’i èn avant maun motivs impurtants e sche las premissas tenor ils artitgels 22 e 23 èn ademplidas.

2 Persunas cun ina permissiun da dimora ch’èn admessas per in’activitad da gudogn independenta u dependenta pon pratitgar lur activitad en l’entira Svizra. Ellas pon midar la plazza senza ulteriuras permissiuns.

3 A persunas cun ina permissiun da dimora po vegnir concedì da midar ad in’activitad da gudogn independenta, sche las premissas tenor l’artitgel 19 litera a e b èn ademplidas.

4 Persunas cun ina permissiun da domicil pon pratitgar in’activitad da gudogn independenta u dependenta en l’entira Svizra.

Art. 38 Gainful employment

1 Persons with a short stay permit who are admitted in order to be self-employed or to engage in salaried employment may work as authorised anywhere in Switzerland. A change of job may be approved, if there is good cause and the requirements of Articles 22 and 23 are fulfilled.

2 Persons with a residence permit who are admitted in order to be self-employed or to engage in salaried employment may work anywhere in Switzerland. They require no additional authorisation to change jobs.

3 Persons with a residence permit may be authorised to become self-employed if the requirements of Article 19 letters a and b are fulfilled.

4 Persons with a settlement permit may be self-employed or engage in salaried employment anywhere in Switzerland.
