Art. 88 Sendas, vias da viandar e vias da velo

1 La Confederaziun fixescha ils princips per raits da sendas, da vias da viandar e da vias da velo.

2 Ella po sustegnair e coordinar mesiras dals chantuns e da terzas persunas per crear e mantegnair talas raits sco er concernent l’infurmaziun davart questas raits. En quest connex respecta ella las cumpetenzas dals chantuns.

3 Ademplind sias incumbensas resguarda ella talas raits. Ella remplazza vias ch’ella ha d’eliminar.

55 Acceptà en la votaziun dal pievel dals 23 da sett. 2018, en vigur dapi ils 23 da sett. 2018 (COF dals 13 da mars 2018, COCF dals 21 da schan. 2019 – AS 2019 525; BBl 2016 1791, 2017 5901, 2018 1859, 2019 1311).

Art. 88 Footpaths, hiking trails and cycle paths

1 The Confederation shall lay down principles with regard to the network of footpaths, hiking trails and cycle paths.

2 It may support and coordinate measures by the cantons and third parties to construct and maintain such networks and to provide information about them. In doing so, it shall respect the powers of the cantons.

3 It shall take account of these networks in the fulfilment of its duties. It shall replace paths and trails that it has to close.
