1 Se dalla controperizia risulta che i lavori o le indicazioni di titolo apposte sono conformi al titolo legale, l’Ufficio centrale invita l’ufficio di controllo a eseguire la marchiatura dei lavori.

1 If the second opinion determines that the article is of the legally prescribed fineness or that the mark affixed to the article corresponds to the legal fineness of the article, the Central Office shall order its hallmarking.
2 The article shall be returned to the Assay Office, which must proceed with the hallmarking without any further testing.
