1 Il marchio d’artefice è un segno che forma un tutto unico e serve a identificare il titolare del marchio. Può consistere in lettere, cifre, parole, rappresentazioni grafiche, forme tridimensionali, sole o combinate tra loro. Non deve poter essere confuso con marchi d’artefice già registrati o con marchi ufficiali.
2 L’impronta del marchio d’artefice dev’essere chiara e indelebile.
18 Nuovo testo giusta l’art. 75 n. 2 della LF del 28 ago. 1992 sulla protezione dei marchi e delle indicazioni di provenienza, in vigore dal 1° apr. 1993 (RU 1993 274; FF 1991 I 1).
1 The responsibility mark is a symbol which in itself identifies the owner of the mark. It may consist of letters, figures, words, graphic representations or artistic forms, individually or in combination. The mark should not be likely to be confused with previously registered marks or with the official hallmarks.
2 The imprint of the responsibility mark on the article must be clear and indelible.
