1 Gli assoggettati all’obbligo d’informare possono anche comunicare le informazioni a servizi di notifica privati entro la fine di febbraio. In questo caso devono provvedere affinché tali servizi riuniscano le indicazioni e le comunichino all’UFAM entro la fine di aprile.
2 L’UFAM è autorizzato a prendere visione di tutte le singole informazioni comunicate.
