1 Chi esporta imballaggi per bevande sui quali è stata riscossa una tassa ha diritto al rimborso della stessa sulla base di una domanda motivata.
2 Se il rimborso cui ha diritto è inferiore a 25 franchi, esso non viene pagato.
3 Le domande di rimborso possono essere inoltrate all’organizzazione per ogni semestre civile, ma devono essere presentate al più tardi entro il 31 marzo dell’anno seguente.
1 Anyone who exports beverage containers for which a fee has been paid may claim the refund of the fee in an application with supporting documentation.
2 If the amount due for refund is less than CHF 25.00, it shall not be refunded.
3 Applications for a refund of the fee may be submitted to the Fee Organisation for each calendar year, but must be submitted no later than 31 March of the following year.
