813.11 Ordinance of 5 June 2015 on Protection against Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Chemicals Ordinance, ChemO)
Art. 51 Forma dell’annuncio e dell’annuncio esaustivo
L’annuncio e l’annuncio esaustivo devono essere trasmessi come segue:
- a.
- in forma elettronica nel formato richiesto dall’organo di notifica;
- b.
- in una lingua ufficiale o in inglese.
Art. 51 Form of the report and extended report
The report and extended report shall be submitted as follows:
- a.
- electronically in the format required by the Notification Authority;
- b.
- in an official language or in English.
