810.21 Federal Act of 8 October 2004 on the Transplantation of Organs, Tissues and Cells (Transplantation Act)
Art. 42 Prescrizioni del Consiglio federale
Il Consiglio federale stabilisce:
- a.
- le esigenze relative all’informazione di cui agli articoli 39 e 40;
- b.
- gli obblighi della persona soggetta all’obbligo di autorizzazione;
- c.
- le condizioni e la procedura di autorizzazione.
Art. 42 Regulations of the Federal Council
The Federal Council shall specify:
- a.
- the requirements that information provided under the terms of Articles 39 and 40 must fulfil;
- b.
- the duties of the persons requiring authorisation;
- c.
- the preconditions for granting authorisation and the authorisation procedure.
