1 Per quanto non vi si oppongano interessi pubblici o privati preponderanti, l’UFCOM fornisce informazioni riguardanti il nome e l’indirizzo del concessionario, l’oggetto della concessione, i diritti e gli obblighi derivanti dalla concessione, le attribuzioni delle frequenze, nonché le stazioni emittenti.86
2 L’UFCOM può pubblicare tali informazioni e renderle accessibili mediante procedura di richiamo se ne sussiste un interesse pubblico.
