1 Chiunque, nonostante l’obbligo d’informare, risponda in modo incompleto o fornendo informazioni non veritiere oppure, nonostante sollecito, non invii i moduli di rilevazione o altra documentazione entro i termini stabiliti è tenuto a pagare all’autorità competente una tassa per gli oneri supplementari cagionati.
2 Il Consiglio federale stabilisce la tariffa oraria. La tassa non può superare 1000 franchi.
3 Sono esonerate dalla tassa le persone che non sono in grado di rispondere alle domande, di compilare i moduli di rilevazione o di farli compilare.
1 Anyone who fails to answer the questions in full or who does so incorrectly, or who fails to return the survey forms or other documents in time despite receiving a reminder must the pay a fee to the competent authority for the inconvenience.
2 The Federal Council stipulates the hourly rate. The fee may not exceed 1000 francs.
3 Persons who are not able to answer the questions, or to process the survey forms or have them processed are exempt from the obligation to pay a fee.
