Art. 13

1 Gli organi che tengono i registri di cui all’articolo 2 capoverso 1 lettere a–d gestiscono il numero AVS conformemente all’articolo 50c LAVS13.

2 La gestione di altre caratteristiche è retta dalle disposizioni federali determinanti, nonché dai requisiti del catalogo di cui all’articolo 4 capoverso 4, a condizione che la caratteristica figuri nel catalogo.

3 L’Ufficio federale è consultato in caso di modifiche del contenuto di un registro.

Art. 13

1 The agencies responsible for maintaining the registers in terms of Article 2 paragraph 1 letters a–d maintain a record of the social insurance number within the meaning of Article 50c OASIA13.

2 The recording of other attributes is governed by the relevant federal provisions and the requirements of the catalogue in terms of Article 4 paragraph 4, provided the attribute is listed in the catalogue.

3 The Federal Office is consulted in the event of amendments to the content of a register.
