Chiunque impedisce a un’autorità, a un membro di un’autorità o a un funzionario di compiere un atto che entra nelle loro attribuzioni, è punito con una pena pecuniaria sino a 30 aliquote giornaliere.
Sono considerati funzionari anche gli impiegati di imprese ai sensi della legge federale del 20 dicembre 1957338 sulle ferrovie, della legge del 20 marzo 2009339 sul trasporto di viaggiatori, della legge del 19 dicembre 2008340 sul trasporto di merci, come pure gli impiegati delle organizzazioni incaricate ai sensi della legge federale del 18 giugno 2010341 sugli organi di sicurezza delle imprese di trasporto pubblico e autorizzate dall’Ufficio federale dei trasporti. 342

Any person who prevents a public authority, one of its members or a public official from carrying out an act which is one of their official duties shall be liable to a monetary penalty not exceeding 30 daily penalty units.
Public officials also include employees of undertakings in terms of the Railways Act of 20 December 1957336, the Passenger Transport Act of 20 March 2009337 and the Goods Transport Act of 19 December 2008338, as well as employees of organisations operating with a licence from the Federal Office of Transport under the Federal Act of 18 June 2010339 on the Security Units of Public Transport Companies.340
