Art. 275ter Associazioni illecite

Chiunque costituisce un’associazione che si propone di svolgere o svolge un’attività diretta a compiere atti puniti negli articoli 265, 266, 266bis, 271 a 274, 275 e 275bis,

chiunque aderisce a una tale associazione o partecipa alle sue mene,

chiunque promuove la costituzione di una tale associazione o ne segue le istruzioni,

è punito con una pena detentiva sino a tre anni o con una pena pecuniaria.

Art. 275ter Unlawful association

Any person who founds an association, the aim of which or the activity of which involves the commission of acts that are offences under Articles 265, 266, 266bis, 271–274, 275 and 275bis,

any person who joins such an association or participates in its activities, and

any person who calls for the formation of such an association or follows its instructions,

shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.
