1 Se una parte non è manifestamente in grado di condurre la propria causa, il giudice può ingiungerle di far capo a un rappresentante. Se la parte non ottempera a tale ingiunzione entro il termine impartito, il giudice le designa un rappresentante d’ufficio.
2 Il giudice avvisa l’autorità di protezione degli adulti e quella di protezione dei minori se reputa che si debbano adottare misure protettive.34

1 If two or more persons are in a legal relationship that calls for one single decision with effect for all of them, they must jointly appear as plaintiffs or be sued as joint defendants.
