La decisione in materia di spese è impugnabile a titolo indipendente soltanto mediante reclamo.
1 The court costs are set off against the advances paid by the parties. The balance is collected from the person liable to pay.
2 The party liable to pay shall reimburse the other party his or her advances and shall pay the other party the party costs awarded.
3 The provisions on legal aid are reserved.
