1 Il Consiglio federale istituisce la Commissione della concorrenza e designa i membri della presidenza.24
2bis I membri della Commissione della concorrenza rendono noti i loro interessi in un registro degli interessi.25
2 La Commissione è composta di 11 a 15 membri. La maggioranza dei membri devono essere esperti indipendenti.
3 La Commissione prende tutte le decisioni che non sono espressamente riservate ad altre autorità. Emana raccomandazioni (art. 45 cpv. 2) e preavvisi (art. 46 cpv. 2) all’indirizzo delle autorità politiche e fornisce pareri (art. 47 cpv. 1).
