1 Le società commerciali e le società cooperative possono scegliere liberamente la loro ditta, purché siano osservate le norme generali sulla formazione delle ditte. Nella ditta dev’essere indicata la forma giuridica.
2 Il Consiglio federale stabilisce le abbreviazioni della forma giuridica ammesse.

The business names of a commercial enterprise or a cooperatives must be clearly distinct from every other business name of businesses in any of these legal forms already registered in Switzerland.
