1 Per ogni esercizio e in conformità del conto annuale, saranno determinati gli utili o le perdite e sarà calcolata la parte spettante ad ogni socio.277
2 Potrà abbuonarsi ad ogni socio in conformità del contratto l’interesse della sua quota nel patrimonio sociale, anche se essa fosse diminuita in conseguenza di perdite verificatesi nell’esercizio annuale. In mancanza di patto contrario, l’interesse sarà del quattro per cento.
3 L’onorario stabilito contrattualmente per il lavoro d’un socio è considerato come un debito sociale nella determinazione degli utili e delle perdite.
