1 Il magazziniere è tenuto a ricevere e custodire le merci come un commissionario.
2 Egli deve avvertire, appena gli sia possibile, il deponente, se si verificano alterazioni nelle merci, che rendano opportuni dei provvedimenti.
3 Egli deve permettergli di visitare le merci, di farne assaggi durante le ore d’affari ed in ogni tempo di prendere le misure necessarie per la loro conservazione.
1 A warehouse keeper has the same duty of care in relation to stored goods as a commission agent.
2 Where feasible, he must inform the bailor of any changes in the condition of the goods that call for further measures.
3 He must allow the bailor to inspect the goods and to take test samples during business hours and to take measures necessary to preserve the goods at any time.
