1 Se la persona da presentare al mandante arriva dall’estero o si reca all’estero, il mandatario deve rimborsarle le spese del viaggio di ritorno che ha luogo entro sei mesi dall’arrivo.
2 La pretesa della persona da presentare al mandante nei confronti del mandatario passa all’ente pubblico con tutti i diritti, se quest’ultimo ha sostenuto le spese per il viaggio di ritorno.
3 Il mandatario può chiedere al mandante la restituzione delle spese per il viaggio di ritorno solo fino all’importo massimo previsto nel contratto.
1 Where the person to be introduced travels from or to a foreign destination, the mandatee must reimburse the costs of the return journey if this takes place within six months of arrival.
2 Where the local authority has borne such costs, it is subrogated to the claim held by the person introduced against the mandatee.
3 The mandatee may claim reimbursement of such travel costs from the mandator only up to the maximum amount stipulated in the contract.
