1 Se l’estensione del mandato non è stata espressamente indicata, viene determinata dalla natura dell’affare che ne forma l’oggetto.
2 Nel mandato è compresa in ispecie anche la facoltà di fare tutti gli atti giuridici inerenti alla sua esecuzione.
3 Il mandatario abbisogna di una speciale autorizzazione per fare transazioni, accettare arbitrati, contrarre obbligazioni cambiarie, alienare o vincolare fondi e fare donazioni.245
