1 L’istituto di previdenza può prevedere nel suo regolamento che durante un periodo di copertura insufficiente le possibilità di costituire in pegno il diritto alle prestazioni, di prelevare anticipatamente un dato importo e di rimborsare l’importo prelevato siano limitate temporaneamente e quantitativamente oppure negate.
2 Il Consiglio federale stabilisce le condizioni per le restrizioni di cui al capoverso 1 e ne determina l’entità.
