1 In caso di paternità, il lavoratore ha diritto a un congedo di paternità di due settimane se è il padre legale al momento della nascita del figlio o lo diventa nei sei mesi seguenti.
2 Il congedo di paternità deve essere preso entro sei mesi dalla nascita del figlio.
3 Può essere preso in settimane o in giorni.
