1 Se il contratto è concluso a tempo indeterminato, ciascuna delle parti, ove non diversamente stabilito dal contratto o dall’uso locale, può dare la disdetta per una scadenza qualsiasi.
2 La disdetta deve però essere data in buona fede e non intempestivamente.
1 Where the lease is open-ended, either party may terminate it as of any date of their choosing, unless otherwise provided by agreement or local custom.
