1 L’affittuario è tenuto a pagare il fitto e, se del caso, le spese accessorie alla fine di un anno di affitto, ma al più tardi alla fine dell’affitto, salvo patto o usi locali contrari.
2 Per le spese accessorie si applica l’articolo 257a.
1 The lessee must pay the rent and, where applicable, the accessory charges at the end of each year of the lease but not later than when the lease expires, save where another payment date is stipulated by agreement or local custom.
