1 Per le operazioni ufficiali in base alla presente legge non si possono riscuotere emolumenti. In caso di ricorso temerario o contrario alla buona fede, le spese possono essere addossate al ricorrente.
2 Nei procedimenti dinanzi al Tribunale federale, l’onere delle spese è disciplinato dalla legge del 17 giugno 2005176 sul Tribunale federale.

1 No fees or costs may be charged for any administrative procedures carried out based on this Act. In the case of appeals lodged that are dilatory in their nature or that violate the principles of good faith, the costs may be imposed on the appellant.
